This app has three modes: Test, Review, and Help.
Answers are numbered as they appear in the June, 2022 FEMA student manual, "IS-0700.b An Introduction to the National Incident Management System," as a construct to help with memorization.
In Test mode, a correct response removes an item from the question bank. A incorrect response results in the question being randomly asked again.
In the Review mode, the answers are consecutively displayed and responses are disabled.
